To address the needs of the clients with the specific requirements, we take time to identify the corporate culture and business strategies.

  1. Information Gathering:

    Before defining the recruitment needs of our clients, we gather as much information as possible from the client about the kind of role that the prospective candidates play at the client’s organization. Planning preparation is half done task.
  2. Requirement Definition:

    Once we identify the information necessary and determine the roles and responsibilities of the job, we then identify the details as to how and what are the strengths that a particular candidate should possess in order to get qualified for this particular position. We identify the SOPs (Standards of performance) with the help of client before hand so that we will have no surprises after selecting and offering to the candidates.
  3. Recruitment:

    Executives make selective calls to sources and prospects to identify the interest of qualified individuals and to see whether they can meet the SOP expectations of the client.
  4. Shortlist:

    We do business on trust. We do not hide anything from the client right from the recruitment to selection. Once we shortlist the candidates, we work with our clients in finalizing the list even more and send only candidates who really are qualified. Our role is to provide our clients with RIGHT candidates and not just candidates.
  5. Selection process:

    We schedule very organized interviews between prospective candidates & client. Prepare both candidate and the company, and debrief both, customer and client of the results.
  6. Offer and Acceptance:

    We coordinate with both client and candidates once the selection is done and make sure all terms are met before offering to the candidates. Involve in offer negotiations. Reconcile any differences with successful candidate for offer acceptance.
  7. Transition:

    We do assist candidates and clients in a successful transition and induction based on our clients’ requests.
